Week 10 Day 2-Saturday 10/21/17

Exercise name: Treadmill work out

Description: 5 minute dynamic work out 30 minutes on the treadmill

Duration: 35 minutes

Distance: 2 miles

HR: pre work out: 96bpm
        post work out: 126bpm

Reflection: Started off my workout with a 5 min jumping rope/jumping jacks and ended it with a sprint routine. Got on the treadmill for 30 min afterwards alternating speeds at 4.0 and 5.0. It felt good to sprint before getting on the treadmill and especially after jumping. I did feel tired a bit on the treadmill but I was able to push myself and keep going.
