Week 9 Day 2-Saturday 10/14/17

Exercise name: Treadmill work out

Description: 5 minute dynamic work out 30 minutes on the treadmill

Duration: 35 minutes

Distance: 2 miles

HR: pre work out: 100bpm
        post work out: 157bpm

Reflection: When you can't get out of the house nothing beats a treadmill work out. I started off with a 5 minute dynamic workout alternating jumping jacks and jump rope. Did a 30 minute treadmill work out alternating speeds 4.0 and 5.0. My endurance felt much longer after completing the dynamic work out and noticed that my heart rate stayed at a lower rate throughout my work out.
