post work out: 119bpm
Reflection: Went on the treadmill at alternating speeds 4.0 and 5.0. Pushed myself this work out to complete 30 minutes on the treadmill. After 20 minutes, I was already tired and felt done. I pushed myself though and completed the full 30 minutes. It felt good to finish the 30 minutes and be back on the treadmill.
