Reflection: Went on the treadmill at alternating speeds of 4.0 and 5.0. Woke up today and felt energized and ready to work out. Completed 30 minutes on the treadmill without having to push myself to much. I've always felt that morning work outs are easier completed than evening work outs. Today's work out proved that to me. It felt good to work out this morning, it was a great start to my day.
