Week 12 Day 2-Friday 11/3/17

Exercise name: Treadmill work out

Description: 30 minutes on the treadmill

Duration: 30 minutes

Distance: 2 miles

HR: pre work out: 80bpm
        post work out: 122bpm

Reflection: Went on the treadmill at alternating speeds of 4.0 and 5.0. Pushed myself again to complete 30 minutes on the treadmill. It was easier today than yesterday and I went at speed 5.0 longer today than yesterday which had me feeling good about today's work out.
