Week 3 Day 3-Sunday 9/3/17

Description: Treadmill work out

Duration: 30 minutes

Distance: 2 miles

HR: pre work out: 80bmp
        post work out: 159bmp

Reflection: Day 3 completes week 1! This mornings workout was just like yesterdays, in the garage, hot, and sweaty. I stayed at a speed of 4.0, sped up to 5.0 for about 5 minutes, and my heart rate was at a high of 176bpm during my work out. This week in class, we discussed the FITT principle and how to implement it into our workouts. For day 1 this week, I was kind of getting the feel of beginning a work out schedule again, and the FITT principle helped me out. Frequency has been a struggle this week, but I think I can master it as time goes on, Intensity will increase for me as I challenge myself throughout the course, and Time and Type are already set being that the minimum work out time is 30 minutes and the type is cardio as this class is cardio. Overall, this week was intense but I am glad I got to work in my treadmill work outs.
