Reflection: Day 2 was a success, today was a garage work out, and it was hot! I stayed on a speed of 4.0 during my work out and increased it to 5.0 only for about 5 minutes before the sweat bullets got into my eyes. Before exercise my heart rate was at 81bpm, during was 174bpm, and after was 147bpm; a little better than day 1. I tried this week to incorporate the FITT principle by working out every other day on the treadmill but so far I haven't been able to keep that frequency going. However, as long as I can work in 3 work outs on the treadmill this week I think I will feel accomplished in my FITT principle goal as discussed in class and in my reflection for day 1.
